  4. WHEREAS, on September 11, 1993, I, Tallulah T. Testator, executed
  5. my last will and testament,  and;

  7. WHEREAS, I revoked said last will and testament by execution of
  8. another will; and,  
  9.  
  10. WHEREAS, it is now my intention to ratify said will; 
  11.  
  12. I NOW PUBLISH THIS CODICIL to my last will and testament of

  15. I ratify and reaffirm said will and confirm that the will 
  16. executed on September 11, 1993 is my last will and testament.
